CONDITION RATING KEY AND PURCHASE/SHIPPING INFO

We rate our bikes on a scale of 1-6 as described below.

   condition key   Explanation              
6 New New Bicycle -- Fully Assembled and Adjusted -- Factory Warrantied  
5 Excellent No to little signs of wear; little to no aesthetic compromise; no parts need replacement.
4 Very Good-Exc little to moderate signs of wear; may or may not have superficial finish scratches/wear;
  may have new or exc. cond. used replacement parts; needs no parts/service.  
3 Good-VG moderate to notable signs of wear; may be aesthetically compromised; rideable;
  replacement parts and/or tune-up suggested.      
2 Fair - Good significant wear; major parts replacement and/or repair required; not rideable.  
1 Parts damaged; value is in the parts/components, or some unique quality.  
                 
A "+" next to the condition rating number (ie. 3+) may signify any of the following:  
unusually excellent condition for it's vintage; rarity; some unique and desirable quality; interesting provenance;
high-end quality; exemplifies a particular manufacturer, model or style of nostalgic or historical significance;
                 

 

Any used bikes in stock can be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground
service for a $55 packing fee plus the actual UPS or FedEx charge from
Zip Code 01002.  Box dimensions are typically 28" X 52" X 8". 
Actual shipping usually runs from $25 (East Coast) to $60 (West Coast).

Payment is accepted by PayPal or money order.  Please email to make sure that
the bicycle you are interested in is still in stock.  Email contact must be
established prior to making a purchase.  If you wish to use PayPal
to make a payment, we will send you a PayPal invoice.
